Scope

A paid audit scope must be agreed in writing before work starts. Starter audits usually cover one ecommerce site or one bounded category/product set.

AI visibility evidence

Any live AI-surface checks are method-labeled, point-in-time spot checks. They are not deterministic rankings and may vary between runs.

External data

Permissioned feeds, analytics, admin exports, or confidential material require explicit written approval and a separate data-handling boundary.

Payments and refunds

Low-interaction operation

The default process is async: written request, scoped written proposal, evidence packet, remediation backlog, and written retest plan.
